 For better and for worse, the current season of the National Football League will soon wrap up with one more week of regular play before the playoffs.
The season has been fraught with dramatic ups and downs, and a lot of it took place off the field. From Brett Favre's alleged inappropriate text message to commentators discussing the dangers of helmet-to-helmet tackles, it's been an interesting season.
But that will all come to an end when Super Bowl XLV kicks off on February 6, 2011 at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, Texas, the drama will most likely be forgotten and it will time to celebrate one of the country's most beloved sports.
And the best way to celebrate the sport with friends is bring out the Big Green Egg grill one last time to smoke and grill some steak, chicken or burgers.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reports that American households generate 25 percent more garbage between Thanksgiving and New Year's.
