It’s the heart of gardening season, when people across the country spend hours weeding and planting in flowerbeds and yards. Unfortunately, deer and other wildlife treat these areas like free restaurants. Their grazing can cost two billion dollars of garden damage a year.
The most effective way to prevent this from happening is to use one of our many brands of animal repellents. Each one just takes one quick spray to apply and we only carry biodegradable repellents which won’t harm the repelled or the family.
If your yard is sparsely concentrated, it is best to consider traditional spray repellents, which are applied directly to plants. These sprays are scented with garlic and eggs. Liquid Fence is a powerful spray, but has a smell of its own due to its ingredients, while Deer Stopper and Deer Solution cover the smell with cinammon and peppermint.
We advise people with denser gardens to use perimeter sprays, which are applied around the area in bands. Deer Scram is cheap and effective, using garlic, blood, pepper and cloves as scents. PredaSCENT uses the synthetic scent of coyote urine, which is odorless to humans, to drive a range of animals away- deer, racoons, geese, moles, etc.
